By creating an account or using any Arbo Tools product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our products.

Arbo Tools provides productivity tools for content creators and freelancers. Gingeroo is the first product, offering deal tracking, contract review, rate management, portfolio building, and social media metrics tracking. Additional products may be added under the Arbo Tools brand in the future.

Arbo Tools products are currently free to use. We plan to introduce paid plans starting October 2026. Users who sign up during the early access period (before paid plans are introduced) will retain free access to the core features they signed up for, even after paid plans launch. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans for new features. We will provide reasonable notice before any pricing changes affect existing users.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when signing up.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without permission.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or store in Arbo Tools products (deals, contracts, portfolio content, etc.).
• By uploading content, you grant Arbo Tools a limited license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
• We do not claim ownership of your content and will never use it for advertising or share it with third parties.

You agree not to:

• Use Arbo Tools products for any illegal purpose.
• Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service.
• Use the service to store or transmit malicious code.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.

The contract review feature in Gingeroo is powered by AI and is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice. You should consult a qualified lawyer before signing any contract. Arbo Tools accepts no liability for decisions made based on the contract review output.

When you publish your portfolio, selected content becomes publicly accessible via a unique URL. You are responsible for the content you choose to publish. You can unpublish your portfolio at any time.

Arbo Tools products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arbo Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy (see Privacy Policy).

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
