Privacy Policy

Arbo Tools is a suite of productivity tools for content creators and freelancers, operated by Ginger Arboleda. Gingeroo is the first product under the Arbo Tools brand. References to "Arbo Tools", "we", "us", or "our" in this policy apply to all current and future products under the Arbo Tools brand.

• Account information: name, nickname, email address, mobile number (provided at signup).
• Profile information: bio, contact email, avatar photo (provided in Settings).
• Business data: deals, rates, content types, payment amounts, contract files, invoice files (created by the user).
• Social media data: platform handles and follower counts (entered manually or synced via public API where available).
• Portfolio data: post images, captions, published portfolio content.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration (collected automatically).
• Device and browser information: browser type, operating system, IP address (collected automatically).

• To provide, operate, and improve Arbo Tools products.
• To personalize your experience (e.g. displaying your name and avatar).
• To enable features such as portfolio publishing and contract review.
• To communicate with you about your account or product updates (we will not send marketing emails without your consent).
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Ever.

• Data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database and authentication provider.
• File uploads (avatars, contracts, invoices, portfolio images) are stored in Supabase Storage.
• All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.
• Access to your data is restricted to you via row-level security — other users cannot access your data.

• Supabase (database, authentication, file storage).
• YouTube Data API v3 (used only when you choose to sync your YouTube subscriber count — read-only, no posting on your behalf).
• No advertising networks or data brokers have access to your data.

• You can update or delete your account information at any time from Settings.
• You can request a full export or deletion of your data by emailing us.
• If you delete your account, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

• We use minimal cookies required for authentication (session tokens).
• We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

• Arbo Tools products are not intended for users under 13 years of age.
• We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

• We may update this policy from time to time.
• We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
• Continued use of Arbo Tools products after changes constitutes acceptance.
